Fake BlooD REcipe!!!!

FaKe BlooD the earthen WAY.

Parasitic paradigms? Hidden agendas? Celebrities that never age? Demagogues? Monopolies? Yes. No. Maybe. But….

Toxic Halloween make-up. These corporate hyped products are typically ladened with harmful chemicals, many of which we cannot even pronounce. It's time to substitute those old perverse ingredients with some good ol' herbal DIY. We use an organic arrowroot powder, which is extracted without the use of high heat or harsh chemicals, as our thickening agent in this "blood" recipe. Switch up that corn starchy and syrupy sadness for a real concoction. Make your own bloody magick!

This fake blood is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, bioflavonoids, iron, fiber, and b vitamins. "Tis a late night goddess of goodness.

Hollywood Halloween Horror Scene:

  • 1 1/2 cups purified water

  • 1oz dried hibiscus flowers

  • 3 teaspoons cocoa powder (add more for desired darkness)

  • 1/4 oz arrowroot powder dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water

  • 4 tablespoons molasses (add more for darker blood)

Pour one and a half cups of the well’s water into your favorite cauldron. Relinquish one ounce of dried hibiscus flowers into the newly effervescent waters. Levitate the lid back to the cauldron while maintaining your intention. Let the flowers simmer for 20 minutes, making sure to agitate the stirring stick from time to time. Strain the tea, calling only the liquid back to the cauldron. Save the leftover flowers in a jar for later. Sprinkle the cocoa powder atop the fluid until all is blended. While still on the heat, stir in the arrowroot water mixture until reaching your desired thickness. Then let the mixture cool. After two shakes of a lamb’s tail…transfer your liquid to a wide mouthed vessel.  Whip in the molasses while invoking wisdom. Leave your concoction out so she can breathe and let her thicken overnight.

*Place this fusion underneath the moon’s pale luminance for an extra ghoulish gore. Add scraps of paper for guts. Enlarge the recipe and fill a whole bath tub galore. Add strawberries for an interesting texture. There are endless possibilities to explore.

Note: You can save the leftover hibiscus/cacao for a second brew, strain and drink as a tea or even as a hair rinse for imbuing redder hues. Afterwards, you can offer it back to the earth to be rebirthed.
