Brew before bed for a night-time ritual.

Contains: Wild-crafted Mugwort (Artemesia douglasiana), Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), Calea Zacatechichi, Blue Lotus, Gotu Kola, Afghani rose petals, Chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita), Lovely Lavender,  Tulsi Basil (Ocimum basilicum),  Cinnamon chips (Cinnamomum burmannii), and a dash of Indonesian Nutmeg (Myristica fragans).

1-2 tsp per 1 cup of water. Simmer in water for ten minutes, strain, add honey if desired.
